INSTRUCTIONS:
Before using the Pocket Cleats ™ for the first time, it is important to follow the following instructions:
1. Adjust the straps so that the main buckle is at the highest point of the sneaker. The base of the studs should be located in the narrowest part of the hourglass shape of the sole of your sneaker. L is inscribed on the lateral support for the left foot or R for the right foot.
2. Adjust the side supports so that they are located approximately 6 mm above the bottom of the sneaker on both sides (the supports will prevent excessive lateral movement).
3. After adjusting the front and rear straps, cut off excess tape as desired and burn the end with a match or lighter to prevent fraying. Note: Before cutting the straps, please consider placing them in different shoes that you may own. The straps must be tight to avoid excessive movement.
